Lovely traditional 18th century farm, built of volcanic stone, beside little river, comprising 3 gîtes, owners' home and guest rooms (B&B). 3rd gîte, east side: living room with fitted kitchen area, separate lounge (sofa, flat screen TV), 2 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) each with en-suite shower room & WC, shared utility room. Terrace covered by arbour, shared garden. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated gîte in open countryside. Ideal location (motorway exit and Montélimar 20 min.). Swimming pool shared with owners and occupants of guest rooms. Sauna and Jacuzzi available (extra charge).
